About Photography

To say I have fallen in love with photography would be very accurate. I have always appreciated (what I thought was) good photography, but it wasn't until I got to really use a DSLR for the first time that I truly enjoyed the images I was capturing.

It's taken me a while to figure out what "type" of photography I am most passionate about. But I have found my true passion: photographing animals.

Our two furr-babies started my obsession with animal photography and most recently, my volunteer experience at a local animal shelter has only heightened passion.

Why do I love laying on the ground, kneeling in mud, getting my camera's lens licked, and coming home covered in dog and cat hair???
